3.Calculators and estimates
Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter and on simplifying assumptions. They are not a quote, a loan offer or an indication that credit will be approved. Actual repayments, borrowing capacity, fees, lenders mortgage insurance and government duties will differ.
Duty schedules, concession thresholds and lending assumptions are indicative and change over time. Confirm all figures with the relevant state or territory revenue office and with your lender or broker before relying on them.
4.Suburb guides
Suburb guides describe general characteristics of an area and lending considerations that commonly arise. They are not a property valuation, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a prediction of price movements. Independent inspection, legal review and due diligence are essential for any purchase.
5.How the service is funded
BorrowWise does not charge visitors. Where you request a free assessment, your enquiry is referred to an accredited mortgage broker. If a loan is subsequently settled, the broker is generally remunerated by the lender, and we may receive a referral payment. This does not alter the cost of the loan to you. Lender profiles and editorial content are not paid placements.
6.Accuracy and currency
We take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Lending policy, interest rates, legislation and government schemes change frequently.
7.Third-party websites
This website may refer to third parties, including lenders and government agencies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or services.
